I ordered a gift set as a Christmas present on 14th December with standard shipping (stated as 3 working days). I received a confirmation email same day advising I would receive another once it’s shipped. Having still not received an email regarding when this would ship by 23rd December I tried to contact them via their online chat. The chat was twice just closed down by an advisor without even attempting to help. I have now received an email from PayPal advising I have received a refund from them. I assume that this means that Bumble & Bumble have cancelled my order without telling me. With 2 days until Christmas this is beyond annoying. I always thought that this premium hair care company would also have premium customer service. If there had been an issue at the very least they could have contacted me to advise I wouldn’t be getting the item. Yes, I would have been annoyed, but at least I wouldn’t be in the position I am now in, which is having no Christmas gift to give!
The most amazing hair care products, come packaged really nicely. They have made such a difference to my hair and although they are on the pricey side they are worth every penny, you use so little with each wash because the quality is so good that they last for months and months. BIG love to Bumble and Bumble, my hair saviours
I recently made an online order with this company, as I have done on several occasions in the past.
For some reason, the delivery address on my confirmation email was an old one, which I no longer have access to. My billing address was correct and I had wanted my products sent here too.
As soon as I realized there was an error, I called Bumble & Bumble. I used the number which customers who wish to cancel orders are directed to.
Initially I had to call four times, as every time I was holding the line would go dead and I was cut off.
When I finally spoke to an associate, I explained the situation and asked that the delivery address be updated. The order was not even twenty minutes old but I was told the address couldn’t be changed.
So, I asked to cancel the order, with a view to placing a new order as soon as this happened. I was informed the order couldn’t be cancelled. A refund was offered, although this will take seven to ten days. Quite frankly, I do not have complete confidence that this will happen.
My experience with other online retailers has been that an order can be amended within two hours of placing it. Usually, the customer can make changes quickly and easily.
I am so disappointed, as I have never had problems with Bumble & Bumble before and feel their customer service requires some attention.
